Adeptis Group are proud to announce the introduction of our newest Board Member, Nick Watson.
Nick is a former senior British diplomat who served in a range of Middle Eastern countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan and Egypt. More recently, Nick spent nine years as a partner at Hakluyt, a network-based advisory business, including three years in Tokyo working with leading Japanese companies and three years running the firm’s Middle East business.
In addition to Adeptis and Cyber Security, Nick’s current interests are based around the development, structuring and leveraging of professional networks, and include a start-up focused on technology and innovation and its protection.
He also sits on the Council of the University of Sussex, its governing body and on the Advisory Council of UC Berkeley’s AMENA Centre for Entrepreneurship and Development.
“I am delighted to be working closely with Adeptis Group, which is a relatively new but dynamic company seeking to expand its range of capabilities, from the Adeptis Academy through to the senior executive search offering of Palling & Co.” said Nick Watson. “Cyber Security is an increasingly vital consideration for all businesses, and the recruitment of the right executives for key cyber roles is only going to become more important in the right months and years to come”.
Alongside Conrad Prince, Sir Mike Rake and Annabelle Palling, Nick will join our advisors to leverage their collective skills and expertise to provide guidance and direction to Adeptis Group’s executive team and its continued growth and development as an end-to-end solution to the cyber skills gap.
