They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cyber Security Sales Professional to join the team and help them achieve their strategic & revenue goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex cyber security solutions to enterprise-level clients. They will possess deep knowledge of the cyber security industry, including current and emerging threats and trends, as well as a strong network of contacts in the field. They will also be able to work collaboratively with the team of technical experts to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of the organization's clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level clients
Understand clients' needs and challenges, and recommend customized cyber security solutions to meet their unique requirements
Collaborate with technical experts to develop and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and demonstrations
Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and share knowledge with the team
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in enterprise-level cyber security sales
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
Deep knowledge of the cyber security industry, including current and emerging threats and trends
Strong network of contacts in the cyber security field
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work collaboratively with technical experts to develop customized solutions that meet clients' unique needs
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

THE ROLE:

· Demonstrated previous experience exceeding sales objectives and growing/managing a sales territory plan.
· In depth knowledge of the market in relation to organisations and their needs
· Evidenced success managing the enterprise sales cycle and exceeding annual revenue targets.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills and ability to manage relationships at an internal/external executive level.
· Experience in working within a start-up environment.
· Experience in cybersecurity startups is a necessity.
· Required segments are Vulnerability management, Attack surface management, SIEM, threat intelligence.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 base
Adeptis Group are currently partnered with a disruptive cybersecurity vendor based in the US that are looking to grow out their Channel Sales team. This Colorado-based startup has redefined the traditional approach to security with a unique platform in the SIEM space. After steady, strong growth in the West, they are now looking to add some talented sales professionals in the Southeast.
In this role you will:
Develop, implement and carry out a partner development plan in the Southeast
Manage an existing book of 10-20 strategic partners from a named account list
Onboard and develop strategic relationships with partners, communicating with sales, marketing and C-level executives
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's product, clearly communicating the product value and maintaining an awareness of industry trends and competition
You will need to have:
Experience selling cybersecurity solutions through the channel, preferably at the enterprise level
Ability to manage strategic relationships at a range of seniority levels
