Vice President of Sales | Hybrid (Houston, Texas, United States)

 

Salary: $200,000 - $240,000 Base plus valuable benefits and 100 % OTE

 

(50/50 Split)

 

 

Adeptis Group is currently recruiting for a Vice President of Sales based in Houston, Texas on behalf of a Series A funded cybersecurity vendor who are undergoing an exciting period of global expansion.

 

In the Vice President of Sales position, you will be an integral and influential member of the team at this leading provider of enterprise Cyber Security solutions, upholding the company’s position in the market.

 

As a highly reputed US-based company, commended for their high employee satisfaction ratings, you will be representing the company’s acclaimed solution through the technical expertise you provide to organisations at risk of data breaches.

 

THE ROLE

  • Represent the company and the security solution value to pre-existing and prospective clients
  • Engagement with prospect executive decision makers within largescale organisations
  • Directing deals and pipeline growth through building and maintaining close partnership with Channel partners
  • Guiding and inspiring sales teams under your management, i.e., enterprise sales teams, channel sales teams, account executives/sales development reps, etc., and close collaboration with VP Engineering NA and VP Marketing
  • Extensive experience with enterprise solution sales and SaaS experience
  • Reporting directly to the CRO

 

 

 

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • 8 - 10+ years of experience in enterprise solutions sales, with at least 6 years of experience within the cybersecurity field
  • 8+ years in an executive sales position within the cybersecurity field
  • Demonstrated previous experience exceeding sales objectives and growing/managing a sales territory plan
  • In depth knowledge of the market in relation to organisations and their needs
  • Evidenced success managing the enterprise sales cycle and exceeding annual revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills and ability to manage relationships at an internal/external executive level
  • Excellent, proven leadership skills and strong motivation to drive business to success
  • Competent and experienced with new client hunting, prospecting, and pipeline growth
  • A charismatic and aspirational leader with a strong personal brand and goals to inspire change in the field
