Job Description

Are you a UK Business Development Manager passionate about selling security solutions based around Information Technology or Software? Are you motivated to develop business and successfully sell to new customers to deliver results?

Our client is one of the most relied upon Cyber Security Consultancy firms in the UK and they are currently looking to build a new team to identify, develop and win new business and strategy. As a well-established business within the Cyber Security industry, they are a great company to work for with a fantastic culture and work environment. The company have over 10 years’ experience selling into the Government, Public Sector, Financial Institutions and Media Organisations.

As a member of the sales team, you will be a strategic thinker and key to driving the next level of growth within the business by bringing in new accounts.

Job Description:

  • Achieved agreed sales and market targets to enable significant results by identifying opportunities and closing sales
  • Identity and win new business from new mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification through to completion
  • Develop and implement Account Development Plans for all accounts
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of the client’s solutions and services portfolio
  • To provide accurate product forecasting information and CRM updates

Key Candidate Criteria:

  • Sold professional services
  • Have a proven sales track record with a minimum of £500K+ annual GM target
  • Experience with Enterprise Sales and closed deals of at least £50K+ revenue
  • Can work closely with vendor and partner account managers and leverage the relationship to drive sales

Location: There are roles for both the North and South Region

Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 + bonus
