Sr Business Development Manager/Director- Cyber Security Recruitment EMEA

Central London Remote Working

This would be a London based role, with occasional travel to our head office in Brighton and to clients UK wide and across Europe, for a candidate based in London looking to hunt new business opportunities for Adeptis across the EMEA region.

Relationship Building- Attend meetings, conferences and industry event to build a network within the Cyber Security and Digital Risk space.

Business Development- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and develop a sales pipeline.

Proposal Generation- deliver sales presentations and pitch our services to new and existing leads.

Account Management- Advise, consultant and upsell existing accounts.


  • Experience in Business Development and Hunting new clients
  • Experience in selling services
  • An interest in a challenging yet growing market
  • Experience working in a target driven environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confident with face to face meetings
  • Language skills in French or German would be a benefit but not essential
